  3. FIRST TRACT: BEGINNING at two hickories, S 5 W 48 poles to a hickory and
  4. dogwood; thence Southeast 18 poles to two white oaks; thence N 77 E 16 poles to
  5. a black oak and walnut; thence N 55 E 52 poles to a black elm and hickory;
  6. thence running with the West side of said Allen Bridge Road to a stake at the
  7. highway; thence with said highway West to a white oak; thence with Frank
  8. Sullivan's line to two hickories, the beginning.  Containing 15 acres, more or
  9. less.

  11. SECOND TRACT: ALL OF THAT PORTION of a tract known as the Poore heirs tract
  12. that is surrounded by the old Monticello-Jamestown Road, the road formerly
  13. known as West KY 92, and the driveway to the Allen Bridge Road.  There is also
  14. included that portion of said land that includes the driveway serving both the
  15. property known as the Poore heirs tract and the Selvidge tract.  It being the
  16. intention of the parties that both the first and second parties shall have the
  17. right to utilize this driveway for access to their respective properties.

  19. Part of the description has actual directions and distances, part calls for
  20. obvious boundaries such as roads, and other parts just mention the other
  21. feller's property.  DEEDPLT can handle only directions and distances.

  23. Should you be in this position, then I suggest that you mark the boundaries as
  24. the owner and neighbors have it, and then do a preliminary survey.  The
  25. previous deeds and deeds of the neighbors may have "degrees and poles" for the
  26. missing calls.  More likely, they were never surveyed properly.  For a
  27. professional surveyor to survey a tract such as this would likely cost more
  28. than the property is worth.  It would certainly cost more than it is worth if
  29. you are just shopping.
